Use of Personal Information
In AR Tube application, no personal data continues to be used by us during the usage period. The information (preferences) within the application of the user can be deleted from the device by actions such as resetting the selection preferences, removing actions. Sharing Personal Information It is not shared with third parties or institutions in our applications.
Sharing Personal Information
In our applications, the data entered is stored in encrypted servers in a way that only you can see and is not shared with third parties or institutions.
User Permissions
These are the unapproved permissions that must be approved by the user in order for the features of the application to work in harmony with the device.
• Camera Permission
This permission includes the use of the camera on the user's device, directed by the application. During use, the process is carried out in line with user decisions with application guidance. The photos taken in the mobile application are stored in the encrypted environment of the user and are only accessible to him and the institution he is affiliated with. Photos are not shared with third parties or institutions without user information.
• Internet Permission
This permission is used to access the services on the central server of the institution during the operation of the application. These permissions are not used to transfer information from your phone that you wish. The internet access permission granted is used only for photo and video transfers within the application. The internet connection to be used during this access is the responsibility of the user.
• Storage Permission
This permission allows storing the icons used in the application and photos, videos and databases of the application in the memory of the device.
• Microphone Permission
This permission includes the use of the microphone on the user's device, directed by the application. During use, the process is carried out in line with user decisions with application guidance. The videos recorded in the mobile application are stored in the encrypted environment of the user and are only accessible to him and the institution to which he is affiliated. The videos are not shared with third parties or institutions without user information.
Applicable Law and Competent Court
Turkish law will be applied in the interpretation, implementation and resolution of disputes that may arise between the user and the company, and Ankara Courts are authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise.
AMAZOI cares about personal information and data security and takes care to take all necessary measures in this regard. We offer applications as they are. For this reason, you agree that you cannot hold LNL responsible for any adverse events arising from our applications.
AMAZOI makes the necessary efforts to take all precautions for the security of these applications and fulfills its obligations under the Google Play Developer Program Policies agreement.
Our applications are only available in Google Play Store and IOS App Store. If these applications are located in another Android or IOS store without our knowledge, AMAZOI cannot be held responsible for the downloads.
All kinds of copyrights related to all content consisting of audio, written and visual elements and software in these applications belong to AMAZOI. Any of our applications or their copyrighted content; copying, reproducing, republishing, disassembling, re-publicizing, etc. you agree that you will not engage in actions.

Burada belirtilen gizlilik politikası ve kullanım koşulları; AMAZOI Bilişim Sistemleri,Elektronik Arge ,Danışmanlık ,Simülasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret LTD ŞTİ'nin (AMAZOI) Google Play Store ve IOS App Store 'da yayınlanan bütün mobil uygulamaları için geçerlidir. Bu uygulamaları mobil cihazınıza yükleyerek, bu metinde yer alan gizlilik politikasını ve kullanım koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız bu uygulamaları mobil cihazınıza yüklemeyiniz.
Kişisel Bilgilerin Kullanılması
AMAZOI olarak kullanıcının AR Tube uygulama kullanım süreleri boyunca hiçbir kişisel verisi tarafımıza ait veri depolama alanlarında tutulmamaktadır. Kullanıcıya ait uygulama içerisindeki bilgiler (tercihler) kullanıcının tercihlerini sıfırlaması, uygulamayı kaldırması gibi aksiyonlar ile cihaz içerisinden silinebilir.
Kişisel Bilgilerin Paylaşılması
Uygulamalarımızda, girilen veriler şifreli sunucularda sadece sizlerin görebileceği şekilde depolanır ve 3.şahıs ya da kurumlar ile paylaşılmaz.
Kullanıcı İzinleri
Uygulamanın özelliklerinin cihaz ile uyumlu çalışabilmesi için kullanıcı tarafından onaylanması gereken ve onaylanmadan alınmış izinlerdir.

Kamera Ä°zni
Bu izin kullanıcının cihazında bulunan kameranın uygulama tarafından yönlendirilerek kullanımını içerir. Kullanım esnasında uygulama yönlendirmesi ile kullanıcı kararları doğrultusunda işlem yapılır. Mobil uygulamada çekilen fotoğraflar kullanıcıya ait şifreli ortamda saklanır ve sadece kendisinin ve bağlı olduğu kurumun erişimine açıktır. Fotoğraflar 3. şahıs ya da kurumlar ile kullanıcı bilgisi dışında paylaşılmaz.

Ä°nternet Ä°zni
Bu izin uygulamanın çalışması esnasında kurumun merkezi sunucusu üzerinde bulunan servislere erişimi için kullanılır. Bu izinler telefonunuzdan isteğiniz dışında bir bilgiyi transfer etmek için kullanılmaz. Verilen internet erişim izni sadece uygulama içerisinde fotoğraf ve video transferleri için kullanılmaktadır. Bu erişim esnasında kullanılacak olan internet bağlantısı kullanıcı sorumluluğundadır.

Depolama Ä°zni
Bu izin cihazın belleğinde uygulama içerisinde kullanılan ikonların ve uygulamaya ait fotoğraf , video ve veri tabanının saklanmasına olanak verir.

Mikrofon Ä°zni
Bu izin kullanıcının cihazında bulunan mikrofonun uygulama tarafından yönlendirilerek kullanımını içerir. Kullanım esnasında uygulama yönlendirmesi ile kullanıcı kararları doğrultusunda işlem yapılır. Mobil uygulamada kaydedilen videolar kullanıcıya ait şifreli ortamda saklanır ve sadece kendisinin ve bağlı olduğu kurumun erişimine açıktır. Videolar 3. şahıs ya da kurumlar ile kullanıcı bilgisi dışında paylaşılmaz.
Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetkili Mahkeme
İşbu gizlilik politikasının yorumlanmasında, uygulanmasında ve kullanıcı ile şirket arasında çıkabilecek uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde Türk hukuku uygulanacak olup, doğabilecek her türlü uyuşmazlığın çözümünde Ankara Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
AMAZOI, kişisel bilgi ve veri güvenliğini önemsemekte ve bu hususta gerekli olan tüm tedbirleri almaya özen göstermektedir. Uygulamaları olduğu gibi sunmaktayız. Bu sebeple, uygulamalarımızdan kaynaklı yaşanacak herhangi bir olumsuz durum için AMAZOI’i sorumlu tutamayacağınızı kabul etmektesiniz.
AMAZOI, bu uygulamaların güvenliği konusunda alınabilecek tüm önlemleri almak için gereken ölçüde çaba sarf eder ve Google Play Geliştirici Programı Politikaları sözleşmesi kapsamındaki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirir.
Uygulamalarımız sadece Google Play Store ve IOS App Store 'da yer almaktadır. Bu uygulamaların bizim bilgimiz dışında başka bir Android ya da IOS mağazasında yer alması durumunda, buradan yapılacak yüklemelerden AMAZOI sorumlu tutulamaz.
Bu uygulamalarda yer alan sesli, yazılı ve görsel öğelerden ve yazılımlardan oluşan bütün içeriğe ilişkin her türlü telif hakkı AMAZOI‘ye aittir. Herhangi bir uygulamamızı veya bu uygulamaların telif haklarıyla korunan içeriğini; kopyalama, çoğaltma, yeniden yayımlama, parçalarına ayırma, tekrar kamuya sunma vb. eylemlerde bulunmayacağınızı kabul etmektesiniz.

AMAZOI; bu Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Koşulları metninde değişiklik yapabilir. Yapılan değişiklikler anında yürürlüğe girecektir.
